### Be kind, be useful

We keep the community welcoming for first-time founders and experienced operators alike. Off-topic promotion, spam, and harassment get a single warning and then a ban.

### Share before you ask

The best questions in the community come with context: what you tried, what happened, what you expected. It earns you better answers and helps the next merchant hitting the same wall.

### Signal over noise

Short, clear posts beat long walls of text. If you're sharing a win or a warning, say the takeaway first and the story second.
