Manual payments share the same order timeline as processor-based payments. The customer places the order, the merchant marks it as paid when funds arrive, the fulfillment workflow runs as normal. ## Partial refunds with provider reconciliation Refund part of an order from the admin. Stripe, Razorpay, and Adyen settle through your own provider accounts; Dodo acts as merchant of record and remits according to its own terms. Stripe payouts go to your connected Stripe account on Stripe's payout schedule (typically daily after a 2 to 7 day rolling reserve). Razorpay settlements go to your Razorpay account, typically T+2 or T+3 settlement to your bank. Adyen settles to your own Adyen merchant account on your Adyen payout schedule. Dodo acts as merchant of record: it collects the payment, handles tax where applicable, and remits your net proceeds on its own schedule and terms.
