How do I apply?
Send a note to support@mercemur.com with the subject line 'Partner inquiry'. Tell us what you do, the kinds of merchants you serve, and how you'd work with Mercemur. We get back within a week.
Is there a cost to join?
No. The partner program has no application fee or subscription. Commercial terms (referral fees, revenue share, preferential pricing) are shared on acceptance.
Can I manage multiple client workspaces?
Yes. Agencies and integrators get delegated-admin access across client workspaces, so you can operate multiple merchants without juggling logins.
What do technology integrations look like?
Integrations use Mercemur's Store API, Admin API, and event bus. We publish documentation, run a technical review, and coordinate go-to-market for partner integrations that serve a real merchant need.
Do you refer merchants to partners?
Yes. Active partners get referrals for projects where the partner's specialty matches what the merchant needs. Referral flow runs both directions.
