Yes. Connect only the providers you need. If you sell in the US or internationally, connect Stripe. If you sell in India, connect Razorpay.

Yes. When you issue a refund from the Mercemur admin, the platform calls the appropriate payment provider and updates both the order ledger and the provider in one action.

Stripe and Razorpay handle disputes through their own systems. Mercemur surfaces the dispute notification in the admin. Dodo handles disputes on your behalf as merchant-of-record.

Yes. Enable manual payments in the admin. The customer places the order, you mark it as paid when funds arrive, and the fulfillment workflow runs as normal.

Stripe payouts go to your connected Stripe account on Stripe's schedule. Razorpay settlements go to your bank on their schedule. Dodo payouts go on Dodo's schedule. Mercemur never holds your funds.

Yes. Configure default provider per region. India region can default to Razorpay, US region to Stripe, and so on. The checkout shows the right provider automatically.

Yes. Per-merchant credentials are stored encrypted. API keys and OAuth tokens are never exposed in logs or admin interfaces.

Yes. Enable test mode in the admin. Run test orders end-to-end with test cards. Flip to live mode when ready.

No. You pay Stripe, Razorpay, and Dodo their published rates directly, and Mercemur takes nothing on top: no processing fee and no cut of the order. You are billed only for your plan and its metered usage.

Yes. Stripe Connect subscriptions are supported for recurring billing. Set up subscription products in the catalog and the billing runs automatically.

Connect additional providers or enable manual payments. If the customer wants to pay with UPI and you only have Stripe connected, connect Razorpay.

Yes. Enter the refund amount in the admin. Mercemur calls the provider with the partial amount. The order ledger updates with the refund record.

Dodo is optimized for digital products and SaaS. For physical products, use Stripe or Razorpay.

No manual reconciliation needed. The order ledger and the payment provider agree on every transaction. Export reports from the admin if needed for accounting.

Yes. Use draft orders to create invoices. Send the invoice to the customer. They pay through the invoice link. The order moves to active when payment captures.

The order does not move to active. The customer sees an error message. They can retry with a different payment method or card.
