Subscriptions and cancellations
The subscriptions at Mercemur for your internet brand can be cancelled at any time and it will remain active until your active subscription expires. We will try to keep it saved for a short while within which you can re-subscribe for Mercemur and can make it live immediately.
We do not offer refunds because the majority of your costs goes to server upkeep and we are striving to make Mercemur affordable for all for the community.
Refunds from sellers using Mercemur
We are a software SaaS company that helps businesses create their own internet brand. Products and services sold from these internet brand websites and e-commerce stores are not owned by Mercemur.com. Mercemur is only a technology provider.
How do I get a refund for my order?
You must have received order updates on your email which also include the seller contact details. You can also see the seller’s contact details on their website. We request you to call the seller directly from there and ask for a refund or return directly from the seller itself.
However, if there are reports of fraud and other violations which you’d like to bring to our notice so that we can help you in whatever way we can (although we aren’t legally liable for the same as a technology provider), please let us know at support@mercemur.com.
